I heard so many times that the weight just falls of especially if you are breastfeeding. I am here to tell you that is not just falling off.
I am definitely trying to get myself back to a healthy weight but I refuse to do it by dieting. This is the healthy lifestyle, this is creating new habits, this is getting you on track for the rest of your life not just like for short term results. I always tell people, if you want a wrap, if you want a pill, if you want a crash diet, don’t come to me. I am not the person to help you. If you are looking for a long term sustainable solution with wholefoods, healthy eating, working outs, and my favorite superfoods, I am the person to help you.
I am the person to help you get on a healthy lifestyle. But I am not a quick-fix solution person. I have done all that stuff. I was a binge eater, I was a diet pill addict, You might get short term results, you won’t see long term results. You won’t see a long term solution.
It is super scary to get started. But once you get started and you see how easy it is to make this fit in your lifestyle you are going to be SO happy that you got started with us!
Most importantly, you have give yourself some GRACE as you get back into shape. The weight did not pile on overnight and you won’t lose it overnight…well some women will but that is NOT me. I figure if it took me 9 months too gain it, I am going to give myself at least that much time to lose it. I am human and my body isn’t once that just bounces back! You are NOT alone, hang in there!
