With my team I run a book club for the year, we make it a goal at a minimum to read one personal development book a month. You might think this is crazy and a little out there, I know you feel and I felt the same way. BUT changing my mindset truly changed my ENTIRE life.

When I started coaching there was ALL this talk about personal development and I swore I would NEVER read one of those hokey self help books. Then I started listening to people tell me I COULD do things I never thought possible and I figured one book wouldn’t hurt me and now I KNOW the power of a positive mindset. You know that old saying: whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right. Well that is totally true and the books I read make me BELIEVE I can and therefore I actually can.

So many people can benefit from a change in their mindset. A lot of our health and wellness is out mindset and believing we can get our fitness and nutrition under control. So many of my client struggle with emotional eating, including myself, but it’s TIME to get out of that rut and get yourself on a better path
