What do you think of resolutions?

Now, being n health and fitness industry you will probably see me be busier in January and February than I am all year. And why is that? It is because of resolutions. So I must love them, right? Because they keep me super busy and super motivated and I get to help all these new people.

I think that resolutions are great, but they don’t need to be for the New Year. But if mentally you feel like it is 2018 I want to start over and that’s what you need to make that switch in your head, then go for it. I think that’s amazing. I think there is no problem with that.

For me, personally, I like to make goals throughout the year. I don’t need a new year to make a new goal. So it just depends on how you feel about it mentally.

I also really, really, really hate when people say things like New Year, New You. You will never see one of my groups called that. It drives me absolutely insane. And why is that? Why does it drive me crazy? Because it can be a New Year a better you or the best you or your best year ever, but you are not a new person. You are just the better version of yourself.

But I think that it depends on the person. Totally depends on the person. And if you are one of those people that need that New Year, that new month, that Monday that something in your head that says okay now I can start over, because really resolutions are they can lead to physical change but the change that occurs has to be mental like can’t just be physical.  I believe that in my business, I believe that in health and fitness, I believe that what you want to accomplish is all about mindset.

So if you are READY to be the BEST version of you just fill out an application here and lets do this together

It’s a journey not a destination
