A lot of people have reached out to me recently and asked how I’ve handled the past two years.

There are is 1 year between each of these pictures, when I put these side by side it really made me reflect on these past 2 years.

From nearly life ending accident and learning to walk again to pregnancy and dealing with postpartum, I often get asked ‘how did you get through it?’

My answer is always that I put my health first and never took it for granted. You cannot always control what happens to you but you can control how you react. So much of getting my health back has been because I had the support of others cheering me on every step of the way.

Yep, I have fitness and nutrition plans to help people get and stay healthy BUT what I pride myself on is the POSITIVE communities that I’ve created to help people use my plans and get results for life.

It’s a safe, positive and private place on the web that you can check in, ask questions, get meal plans and get and give accountability and support. It’s what makes working with me different from just following a plan on your own.
