I hope you had an AMAZING Thanksgiving. I ran a challenge this week called the Sip and Step Challenge. The goal was to drink half your body weight in oz of water (with a minimum of 64oz) and walk 10,000 steps. I was not asking people to skip dessert or not?enjoy a second helping of?stuffing?but instead just move a little more and hydrate.?
The results have been AWESOME!?People are telling me they saw clearer skin, felt more full, had more energy AND didn’t gain the Thanksgiving bloat because #nogainnovember IS a?good goal!?
