I have been following this great 20 minute program that is perfect for those who are busy. It’s a no excuse program. The program is cardio based with some body weight workouts. I just discovered some bonus weight workouts and my body is responding super well to them! My body does best with a combo of cardio and weights. Everyone is different!

We finish up the program next week and I have been thinking about what is next! I earned an ALL EXPENSES PAID cruise with Beachbody and I am leaving the end of March. I have about 3.5 weeks between when this program ends and when we go on vacation.

I am doing a round of my FAVORITE 21 Day Fix Extreme. 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme are a GREAT place to start because the workouts are basic, short (30 mins) an effective. No crazy complicated moves, equipment or heavy weights. Just effective and simple.
