The next 80 days, are you going to let them happen or make them happen?

It’s been a very long time, since before I was pregnant so over a year since I committed to a program start to finish. I think that it’s really important for me mentally to get back on track and do these 80 days. 80 days are freaking hard. Let’s be honest. 80 days are hard, right? 21 days, 30 days, 60 days, it seems much easier. But it is so important for me mentally to get back on track with it and to really commit to these next 83 days and these 80 different workouts. It is nothing I have ever done before. The workouts make me extremely nervous.

This is for me to get back on track 100%. I think I have been there?about?you know 75-80%. I am really proud of myself that I fit in 30-minute workouts every single day that I have been eating relatively healthy. The time has come that I need to commit 100% now.

I put a lot of pressure on myself?in?the beginning, to get right back to where I was before I had the baby. That’s not reality for me. Like my body is not a body that just bounces back. Just being totally?honest with you. I need?to start making small changes because then I am going to see big changes, right?

If you are ready to make 2018 different, if you have made a resolution every single year and said I am going to lose weight, I am going to get healthy, I am going to get in?amazing?shape, and every single year you have to make that resolution let’s make this?the?year that you know you don’t have to make that same resolution next year. Next year your resolutions?is:?I am going to stay in amazing shape, I am going to continue my health and fitness?journey,?not?I am going to start!
