New Years Resolutions... what's the deal? – Jillian Kaplan

I can’t believe that I am half way through T25 and I feel GREAT! I have actually been able to maintain my weight and fitness over the Holidays which is a first for me and it feels pretty good! For the first time rather than frustrated, and desperate for a resolution that might not even happen, I’m excited about it and knowing I’ll be in that percentage that makes things happen.

I’m looking for a group to work closely with that want that as well and, desire to lose weight, make a?true lifestyle change and get healthy with me starting in the new year!

This group will be focused zoning in on your nutrition and following a fitness program at home. I know how hard it is to lose weight, during my own 50lb+ weight loss battle, and how much harder it is to keep it off, and get back off when it comes back (I swear sometimes it just sneaks up on you!) and stay motivated. Did you know 92% of people do not stick to their New Years Resolutions? I’m here to make sure you are part of the 8% that actually gets their resolutions checked off!
