No Cheats for 3 Weeks – Jillian Kaplan

Most of you know by now that I am sort of obsessed with the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan. It combines the perfect amount of carbs, protein, veggies, fruits, fats and nuts to give you a WINNING combination. I was super successful on this plan and lost 6 lbs and 10 inches in my first few rounds. Even though I do new workout programs, currently on Insanity Max 30, I always come back to the winning combination of food from the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan. Well, I have been allowing myself a few too many extra containers and I have hit a plateau SO I am now 6 days into my #nocheatsfor3weeks where I 100% stick to my containers and do not enjoy that Friday night cookie or cocktail. So far, it has KICKED my metabolism into high gear and I seeing huge results. Put the work in and see the benefits. I can’t wait to report my results after the 3 weeks are over.
