It’s??#?transformationtuesday?and I have been putting off this posts for weeks because it makes me uncomfortable. But today I have put on my big girl panties because sometimes it’s good to get out of your comfort zone.
I am not going to lie to you all, I am embarrassed at my before pictures. I was unhappy and just didn’t like the way I looked. I took the pictures so I could see the difference in my Before and Afters but truthfully, I didn’t even look at them when I took them.
I have worked my butt off for the past 90 days, at 30 minutes a day I found it easy to fit in my workouts. I definitely struggle more to keep on track with my eating than my workouts but with the help of Shakeology, I was much better than I have been in the past. I was not 100% perfect but I tried very hard not to dwell on a bad meal/day and move on instead of continue to make bad choices.
At 32 years old, I have definition in my abs that I haven’t seen since about 10 years ago and I did?it without an gym, expensive personal trainer or nutritionist. Am I a work in progress? Of course, I am certainly not going to stop here and I started a combo of T25 (High Intensity Cardio) and PiYo (Pilates/Yoga Low Impact) to get my body to the next level. Strive for Progress not Perfection.
