The Summer Strong accountability group is in full swing.
There are 30 days left of our Summer Strong online accountability group, so what are you waiting for? It’s time to join a group of individuals who are committed to eating well, exercising, and supporting each other. If you have a Beachbody workout program, but haven’t started (or completed it) come on over and we can do it together.
My Summer Strong group is a private Facebook group of like minded individuals who work together to encourage and support members. Here are some of what makes our group amazing
- Small and private: You can get to know people in this group and anything you post in the group private. No worries about having to share your sweaty selfies with your entire Facebook family.
- Meal plans: There are tons of meal plans, ideas and recipes that care available to cater to every type of diet and taste.
- Daily themes: To keep everyone engaged, we have fun daily theme posts. For example Monday are for posting your workout and Thursday are for posting about something you are thankful for. I want you for everyone to be able to keep on track AND have fun.
- There are a variety of folks of all fitness levels. We’ve got folks who have been working out for years and want to try something new. We’ve got people who are trying to get in shape for a specific event. We’ve got folks who are totally new to great food an fitness. Every fitness level supports the other, and we’ve seen some amazing friendships develop out of this group.

Of course, as extra motivation we have prizes and give aways for participants. So let’s not talk about what you have to lose, but what you can GAIN. You can GAIN is support, confidence, muscles, friends and and wellness, which sounds pretty amazing to me.
