There may have been snow on the ground this morning, but we all know that summer is just around the corner. Summer brings along lazy days, sunny vacations, cook outs and extra time to spend with friends and family. It can also bring out some anxiety, because with all of that warmth comes beaches, pools and clothing that shows a little more skin. For me, summer is a time where my body tells the story of what I did all winter. Did I take time to eat well, work out and nourish my body? Or did I enjoy too many comfort food meals, and use the cold and snow as an excuse to stay inside. If your looking to step up your fitness game or want to get a head start on the season, join me with my Summer Strong Challenge.

Health and wellness are something we all need to focus on all year round, but it seems as though the results are never more on display than during those hot summer months. Being in a bathing suit used to be my least favorite thing, and not only because of weight, but because of health. My body used to tell the world that I didn’t make my health a priority and I knew I wanted more than that. I wanted to be strong. I made the commitment to myself to be strong in body, mind and soul. I dug deep and found my strength to be the best me that I can be (and the best me will continue to set new goals and challenges). Even now, posting these pictures for the world to see, is difficult but I’ve grown so much stronger over the last year and a half! I’m in the best shape of my life and love learning more and more about being the healthiest and most confident person I can be.

Is it time for you to become Summer Strong? It is time to make your health and wellness a priority (and perhaps end up looking amazing in a bathing suit while you’re at it)? Then it’s time to join me!!!
I am looking for men and women who are ready for a 60 challenge of strength. My Summer Strong program is for folks who are looking to lose 5 to 15 lbs and are ready to work hard, have fun and become part of a small group with the same goals. This is not a quick fix, gimmick, one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. If you’re looking for pills, wraps, crash diets and similar shenanigans, I am not the right person to help you.
What I offer is an personal consult before we begin. I want to hear what your goals and challenges are, and together we will pick a workout and eating program that suits your needs. Then for the next 60 days, members of this small group will share struggles and successes. It’s time to be accountable for the choices we make and we can track our progress, together. There is lots of fun to be had along the way, and I have contests and prizes to help keep you motivated. If you’re feeling extra strong, you can share your #SummerStrong before and after pics with Beachbody and be eligible for a $5000 prize!!
Of course, I don’t want $ to be your main motivating factor for joining me. I want you to dream of feeling comfortable this summer. Join me so you can have the energy to keep up with your kids.
