What if You Can’t Do a Pull-Up or Don’t Have the Equipment? I have so many people who are worried about doing things perfect or not modifying that they just don’t bother to even try when they can’t. Let me tell you that modifying is GOOD because often time it allows you keep your form good and really correctly complete the exercise. If you are not modifying and your form is not good, you are not getting any benefit and you are going to end up hurting yourself. I modify and sometimes I have to modify the modifier. What is AMAZING is that every single program we have has a modifier so you are NEVER left behind or made to feel like you can’t do something.

I have had a couple of people ask me because a couple of the programs that we do require you to do pull ups. And a couple of people asked like “I don’t have a pull-up bar” or “I am not strong enough to do pull ups yet.” If you are in either of those situations, I am going to show you how to do pull-ups without a pull-up bar and just to use a band.?And, so you can use any band you want like any tension you want. Super easy. And you can get a door attachment. Actually, I don’t have a door attachment. But I just tucked mine in the doors, and I am going to show you how I do this in the video below.

You can do chin ups, wide pull ups, short pull ups, whatever you want.

Don’t feel like you can’t do a program just because you can’t do a pull up yet. I cannot do a pull up unassisted and so I mostly stick to this band method.
