Are you ready to talk about how to grow your team?
I think it’s time to chat about why we are here, not just to sell products but to grow your team. There are lots of people who can jump in and are comfortable selling products, which certainly works for them. What I would like to focus on here is how to grow your team, so that all of you become success stories. Personally, I don’t consider what we do to be only selling, but rather sharing. Sharing vs. selling is what I consider to be the key to success. I love to share my story of how being a coach changed my life and I also truly enjoy having people along to share this journey with me. Many of you out there are comfortable sharing your personal stories and success, but when it comes to recruiting individuals to add to your team, that is where many of you get really nervous. Oddly enough, I have the opposite challenge 🙂 I want to be able to provide a full service to someone. If I only sell them something, it benefits me, but I want more than that. Being able to have others join me, achieve financial success AND help other people in their life, is what is the most fulfilling part of this job.
- Sell = helping an individual on their own personal fitness journey
- Make an individual part of my team = help them on their personal journey, help them be financially successful, and teach them how to help even more people on the road to health.
