I believe you need these three things to live a healthy life:
1. A fitness program you enjoy
2. A healthy eating plan that you can sustain
You need someone cheering you on and encouraging you to keep going. And when times get hard and you ‘fall off’ they are there for you when you are ready to jump back! That is MY job as a coach to ensure that I encourage you to keep going and that I am always there for you. I will be your biggest cheerleader and we have a whole community of people there to support you!
Together, we can get you to where you want to be.
We are so busy taking care of everything and everyone else in our lives we forget about ourselves. But the truth is, you can’t take care of others if you aren’t taking care of yourself.
